Why don't some of the videos on the Lesson Pages work?

Many of the videos are from Discovery Education's subscription service.  Other videos are from Youtube.  Clarkstown teachers need to sign into Clarkstown's Google Apps.  Once they do, they will be able to play the videos.  If you are a teacher from another district, you can find the video in Discovery Education by searching for it.

I get an error box that asks "Do you want to view the content that was only delivered securely?"

You are most likely using Internet Explorer.  Clarkstown's Google Apps uses a secure connection for safety and privacy.  Click "No." to view everything on the page.

Why are some links, presentations, or documents are not showing up?

You are most likely using Internet Explorer and did not click "No" when the browser asked you "Do you want to view the content that was only delivered securely?"  Hit the refresh button and then click "No" when prompted.

What is the best browser to use with this site?

Firefox or Chrome are the best choices for viewing Virtual Class Trips.
